Hai #SahabatBPOM, pada Triwulan IV 2025<\/b> telah dilaksanakan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) Mandiri Direktorat Pengawasan Keamanan, Mutu, dan Ekspor Impor Obat, Narkotika, Psikotropika, Prekursor, dan Zat Adiktif yang dilakukan terhadap 9 (sembilan) unsur pelayanan<\/b>\n<\/p>\n

Hasil Survei dengan jumlah responden secara keseluruhan sebanyak 16 responden <\/b> menunjukkan nilai sebesar 3,764 <\/b> atau jika dikonversikan menjadi 94,10 <\/b><\/p>\n

Berdasarkan nilai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai mutu layanan Direktorat Pengawasan Keamanan, Mutu, dan Ekspor Impor Obat, Narkotika, Psikotropika, Prekursor dan Zat Adiktif adalah bernilai mutu pelayanan A (sangat baik)<\/b>\n<\/p>\n
